AGENDA

1. Call to Order

2. Call the Roll

3. Approve Meeting Agenda

4. The Board will enter Closed Session to interview and evaluate the professional competency of two individuals whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when a closed session is necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual's reputation and that individual requests a closed session per Iowa Code 21.5(1) (i).

5. Conduct a Finalist Interview for the 6-12 Principal Position beginning in the 2025-2026 School Year.

   1. 9:00 AM – Heather Parmely

6. At the completion of the first interview, the Board will come out of the closed session for a brief intermission

7. The Board will re-enter the Closed Session to interview and evaluate the professional competency of two individuals whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when a closed session is necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual's reputation and that individual requests a closed session per Iowa Code 21.5(1) (i).

8. Conduct a Finalist Interview for the 6-12 Principal Position beginning in the 2025-2026 School Year.

   1. 10:30 AM – Colton Sutton 

9. Return to Open Session – No action will be taken pertaining to the 2025-2026 principal contract at this meeting.
