The Board of Directors of the Edgewood-Colesburg Community School District met for a special meeting in the Edgewood Board Room, on Thursday, April 10, 2025. Board President Matt Elliot called the meeting to order at 7:02 a.m.
Directors Present: Matt Elliot-via phone, Tammy Kirby, Jeff Hoeger-via phone, & Brad Bockenstedt-via phone.
Directors Absent: Dan Venteicher.
Also present: Superintendent Kim Huckstadt-via phone and Board Secretary Melissa Conner
Director Kirby moved to approve the agenda as presented. Director Hoeger seconded the movement. Motion carried 4-0.
President Elliot welcomed our visitors.
The following bids were received for the District Office Roof:

Director Hoeger moved to approve the bid from Great Lakes Commercial Roofing for the District Office Roof in the amount of $125,367.00. Director Bockenstedt seconded the movement. Motion carried 4-0.
With no further business to come before the board for consideration at this time, Director Kirby moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:04 a.m. Director Bockenstedt seconded the movement. Motion Carried 4-0.
