Custodial Fees:
Custodial fees will be $25.00 per hour with $25.00 minimum during regular working hours. $35.00 per hour with $35.00 minimum during non-working hours. Additional fees may be charged to due weather, for snow removal and ice melt application.
The renting party will not set up and tear down the gym. This will be subject to custodial fees.
