Minutes-2026.03.24 Special Meeting

               The Board of Directors of the Edgewood-Colesburg Community School District met for a special meeting in the Elementary Library, on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Board President Matt Elliot called the meeting to order at 5:44 p.m.

               Directors Present: Matt Elliot, Tammy Kirby, Jeff Hoeger, Brent Wessel, & Brad Bockenstedt.

Directors Absent: None.

Also present: Superintendent Troy Osterhaus and Board Secretary Melissa Conner.

Visitors: None.

               President Elliot welcomed our visitors.

               Director Hoeger moved to approve the following resignation:

 Jesse Lau-Custodian

Kaydian Davis-High School Business Teacher & FBLA Advisor

Rae MacTaggart-High School FCS Teacher & FCCLA Advisor

Scott Arthur-Assistant Football Coach

Director Bockenstedt seconded the movement. Motion carried 5-0.

Director Kirby moved to approve the hire of Parker Rochford as an Assistant Football Coach. Director Bockenstedt seconded the movement. Motion carried 5-0.

               With no further business to come before the board for consideration at this time, Director Kirby moved to adjourn the meeting at 5:48 p.m. Director Hoeger seconded the movement. Motion Carried 5-0.
